Adult content is prohibited
Nevaeh Konnect does not permit adult content or adult services.
- No pornography, nudity, sexually explicit content, sexual services, fetish content, or content created for sexual gratification.
- No sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, grooming, sextortion, or sexual content involving minors. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Do not sell, promote, livestream, link to, or accept payment for prohibited adult content or services.
Intellectual property violations are prohibited
Members and creators may upload, livestream, distribute, or sell only material they own or are legally authorized to use.
- No unauthorized use of another person’s copyrights, trademarks, music, videos, images, books, courses, software, designs, logos, likeness, or other intellectual property.
- No counterfeit products, pirated files, stolen digital products, rights-management circumvention, or services that facilitate infringement.
- Copyright infringement is prohibited. Nevaeh Konnect responds to valid copyright and DMCA notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
Violent extremism is prohibited
Nevaeh Konnect prohibits content, accounts, products, payments, fundraising, recruitment, or services that support violent extremist or terrorist activity.
- No praise, promotion, propaganda, symbols used to endorse, recruitment for, instruction for, fundraising for, or material support of violent extremist or terrorist organizations, individuals, or acts.
- No threats of violence, glorification of mass violence, or instructions intended to help carry out violent attacks.
- Educational, documentary, newsworthy, or counterspeech material may be reviewed in context and must not promote or materially support violent extremism.
Other prohibited activity
- Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, deceptive claims, impersonation, money laundering, payment manipulation, malware, doxxing, hate, harassment, or exploitation.
- Products or content that misrepresent their price, features, delivery, ownership, results, or creator.
- Attempts to evade moderation, payment-provider requirements, account restrictions, or law-enforcement obligations.
Enforcement and reporting
This policy applies to profiles, posts, comments, messages, communities, livestreams, creator stores, digital downloads, links, gifts, payments, and payouts.
- Nevaeh Konnect may remove content, disable products or livestreams, restrict payments or payouts, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, and report conduct when required by law or necessary for safety.
- Report violations using the in-app reporting tools or email gemglobalenterprise@gmail.com. Copyright notices may be submitted under the Copyright & DMCA Policy.
